Trail Run: Glenwild (Large Loop)

My body wanted to run today - which was a nice feeling to have.  My calves, however, did not.  The sprint running from Saturday did a number on my calves.  I loosened up a little after a bit of running, but coming back down the mountain was murder.  I did wear my new END Stumptown 10oz. shoes for the first time - good shoes, amazingly light.  Ran with Eric Miller and Peter Eischeid.
