Swim: Rec Center

This was a just-get-through-it workout for me.  Super hard to wake up this morning.  Really hard to jump in the pool and to start swimming.  And, even harder to keep swimming.  However, I learned from Saturday that my swimming condition may not be were it needs to be even if my goal for longer tri's is to just-get-through-it.
